Working at City and Regional has been an incredibly positive experience. I’ve always felt respected, supported, and appreciated for the work I do. I clean sites across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, from childcare centres to offices and even the occasional strata property. The leadership genuinely cares about their staff, and it shows in the way they communicate and create a great team environment.
