Managing Director
Glen established City and Regional Cleaning Services across the Hunter, Central Coast, and Sydney regions in 2015. He has nurtured the company with innovative approaches to commercial cleaning and maintenance, prioritising professionalism, reliability, and customer satisfaction. When Glen takes a break, he cherishes time with his wife, young daughter, and family. He's also passionate about various sports, including the gym, water skiing, snow skiing, boating, fishing, cricket, and soccer, and he's a dedicated supporter of Manchester United.

Belinda Maybury

Operations Manager
Belinda brings nearly 9 years of experience, dedication, and industry knowledge to the growth of CRCM, having previously owned her own cleaning business. Her passion for excellence and commitment to high standards make her an integral part of the team. Outside of work, Belinda enjoys quality time with her husband and two children, along with her beloved fur babies. Coming from a big, loving family, she cherishes those connections. and making memories. Her perfect way to unwind? Good food, great company, and a favorite TV show or movie

Jesse Ziino

Business Development Manager
Jesse Ziino brings over 18 years of experience in sales and marketing, focused on delivering practical, long-term outcomes for clients. He takes a hands-on, no-nonsense approach — working closely with businesses to understand how their sites operate day-to-day, not just what’s written in a scope. His strength lies in identifying gaps, improving systems and implementing cleaning solutions that are sustainable and accountable. Outside of work, he’s a loyal Collingwood Football Club supporter and being new to the area, enjoys spending weekends exploring local wine regions. At City & Regional Cleaning, he focuses on building partnerships that last, not just winning contracts.

Strata/Commercial Day Manager
David began his career in abattoirs at a young age, eventually rising to become a multinational technical manager for a food processing cleaning company. He later diversified into commercial and mine cleaning sectors. Previously, David trained trotters and currently focus on weightlifting, achieving lifts that surpass Australian records, and preparing for upcoming competitions. David is a proud father of three children: two boys and a transitioning girl. Outside of work, family time holds the utmost importance to him.

Trudie brings 8 years of experience in the industry, following a successful 20-year career in hospitality. I have over 10 years of administration experience, keeping busy teams, shifting priorities, and everyday chaos running smoothly. I work part-time, but I show up with full-time energy, a strong coffee dependency, and a well-developed sense of humour that’s essential for survival. At home, I parent four children, who bring the most joy to my life. I’ve been dubbed the “personality hire,” which I take as both a compliment and a responsibility. Outside of work, I’m usually on random adventures, hanging out with my kids or riding the harley whenever I get the chance.
